China to Invest RMB800m to Support Development of Service Outsourcing Enterprises

It was learned from being the China International Software and Information Service Fair (CISIS) 2010, which was held in Dalian, that China would put RMB800m to support the development of outsourcing enterprises, and also invest RMB200m in supporting export subsidies on interest payment of technology of enterprise (including software enterprises).


According to the introduction of Department of Trade in Services of Ministry of Commerce, in order to vigorously promote the development of China’s service outsourcing industry, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued a notice, further relaxing the policy on service outsourcing enterprises to enjoy the conditions, extending the policy coverage, increasing financial funding support.


It was reported that the central finance would allocate RMB800m to support the personnel training of service outsourcing, subsidy for international certification of enterprises and building of public platform for local service outsourcing. In addition, the threshold of access to training funds for the enterprises would significantly lowered, and RMB5m financial support for public platform construction would be granted for model service outsourcing cities.
