The State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC) recently released the Regulations on Registration of Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprises, which will enter into force since March 1, 2010.
The Regulations on Registration of Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprises aim at regulating the performance of foreign enterprises or individuals to set up partnership enterprises in China, facilitating foreign enterprises or individuals to investment in China by setting up partnership enterprises, and expanding foreign economic cooperation and technical exchanges.
The Regulations on Registration of Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprises consist of nine chapters, which define the registration for establishment, registration for change, registration for cancellation, registration of branch offices, annual inspection and license management of foreign-invested partnership enterprises.
