2009-12-17 11:04:04

Deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Du Ying stated on December 15 that China will further exert the macro-control role of regional economic policies, formulate related regional development plans and do well the implementation of released plans; turn on marine development and marine economy; make an overall plan for comprehensive improvement of land and resources; and conduct the pre-study on the legislation of regional development next year.

Du said at the nationwide development and reform system on regional economic working meeting and the regional cooperation symposium that China will next year also boost all-round regional cooperation; practically do well the work on rise of central China. The next year’s regional economic work can only be “strengthened but weakened”. At present, we are studying the opinions on formulating the policies for promoting industrial transfer.
