Source by the reporter from China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) recently is that CCPIT and Japanese law office Anderson Mori & Tomotsune signed strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to offer related legal services to Chinese enterprises engaging in investment trade in Japan.
Zhang Shun, Section Chief of Legal Consultant Office in Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT pointed out that cooper between Japanese law office and Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT is the first case at home.
The Japanese law office Anderson Mori & Tomotsume will reportedly offer related legal services to all the Chinese state-owned enterprises and non-national enterprises, especially those which invest and trade in Japan through Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT.
