1.Brief Introduction Shanghai Zhujing Industrial Zone was planned with a high level benchmark,designed according to strict requirement,constructed with high quality and administrated with high standard;the construction of the infrastructure continues to be strengthened.On August 9,2006,with the approval of Shanghai Municipal People's Government,the Zone became one of the 14 development zones in Shanghai and one of the 3 municipal level industrial zones in Jinshan District. 2.Location Advantages It is located in the southwest of Shanghai on the border between Zhejiang Province and Shanghai close adjacent to the State Expressway No.320 and Tongsan Highway,with State Expressway No.320,A30,A6 and A7 highways running through the zone.It lies 45km away from Hongqiao Airport,80km away from Pudong International Airport and 80Km away from Yangshan Deep Water Port.On the west lies the municipal navigation route-Jueshi Harbor and on the north,municipal navigation route-Dasi Harbor 3.Industries Five major industries have been developed including textile and garment, furniture manufacture, automotive components manufacture, metalwork processing and logistics & warehousing.The key five major industries to be developed in the future are mechanic & electronic stainless steel fine processing,manufacture of universal equipment,modern furniture and textile & garment． 4.Land The development zone covers a verified area of 247.33 hectares,but actually administers an area of 577 hectares.Investment density requirement is≥RMB2 million/mu 5.Infrastructure There's complete infrastructure in the Zone with "seven connections and one leveling" completed (1)Road There are 14 roads already finished with a total length of 15km,a respective width of 32m,18m and 16m.All the roads are designed for container trucks.A road network in the shape of "田" is formed. (2)Power There are 23.5KV transformer substations with 4 1KV trolley wires running through the zone to meet the power demand of every enterprise in (3)Water Supply The newly built Jinshan Water Plant provides a daily supply capacity of 400,000-500,000 tons. (4)Drainage There are complete waste disposal facilities in the zone with a waste water processing plant with daily capacity of 30,000 tons to match the (5)Television There is a district-level television tower near the zone with a cable TV coverage rate of 100%.
