Recently, Shanghai Zizhu Science-Based Industrial Park and Coca-Cola Company officially signed the agreement. Coca-Cola China Industries Services Ltd, in the wake of signature of the agreement, intends to input the registered capital of USD95m to upgrade the Shanghai-based registered Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc to be the regional headquarters. The project of concentrated solution plant will be left in Minhang District and the new R&D center of Asian-Pacific area and the global sample experiment center will be constructed. What’s more, Coca-Cola Company will also move the Pudong-based registered investment company to Zizhu Industrial Park.
