Shanghai Nanhui Industrial Park

1.Brief Introduction

Established in August 1994,Shanghai Nanhui Industrial Park is one of the key industrial development zones at the municipal level in Shanghai.With the total planned area of 28 km2,the zone can provide with "7 Utilities & 1 leveling" (roads, power, water, water drainage, sewage drainage, natural gas, telecommunication and land leveling)

 

2.Location Advantages

It enjoys unique territorial advantage and convenient transport leading to all directions.The largest artificial river in Shanghai runs through the Park from east to west connecting with Huangpu River in west and East Sea in east;

Air:12km away from Pudong International Airport in the northeast(15 minutes' drive);

Road:The net of A2,A30 and A15 Highways is in the surrounding leading to all directions;

Subway:Metro Line 11 under planning will be put into operation in 2009.

 

3.Industry Orientation

The key industrial orientation is modern equipment and supporting industry and micro-electronic and optical electronic industry.

 

4.Land

Investment density not below RMB350,000/mu

 

5.Plants

Standard plants with various layouts,mainly with frame structure,with single-storey,double-storey and multi-storey and with area varying from1700m2 to 10000m2,available for lease
