Premier Wen Jiabao signed the No. 535 decree of the State Council on September 18, promulgating the Implementation Regulation for Labor Contract Law of People’s Republic of China. And Xinhua News Agency was authorized on the promulgating day to report the Regulation.
The Regulation includes 6 chapters and 38 article, aiming at implementing the Labor Contract Law of People’s Republic of China, making the Law more feasible.
The Regulation makes detailed provisions about the conclusion, termination and rescission of labor contracts, labor dispatching and legal responsibilities.
The Regulations stipulates that the partner organizations, such as accounting firms and law firms, and foundations setting up in accordance with the law all defined as the employers under the Labor Contract Law.
The Regulation shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation.
