Economic Daily reported on August 1 that Intime-Lotte Department Store jointly set up by Lotte Group, South Korea and China Yintai Group each holding 50% of shares officially kicked off its business on August 1. The department store, located in Wangfujing, is the first South Korean department store entering China and the second overseas branch, following LOTTE Trading Co., LTD.
