On July 18, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved or approved for capital increase of the following foreign-invested enterprises: Zhejiang Yuahai Phamaceuticals Co., Ltd and Kanematsu (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of the two companies are wholesale of foreign medicine and other unlisted wholesale.
