On July 15, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved the following foreign-invested enterprises with increase of capital: Zhejiang Glass Stock Co., Ltd and Herbalife (China) Health Produc. It was reported that the main businesses of the two companies are flat glass as well as biological and biochemical products manufacturing.
