On July 9, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved the following foreign-invested enterprises with increase of capital: Ford Automotive Finance (China) Limited and SPX Corporation (China) Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of the two companies were other unlisted financial activities and business services.
