Rise in Labor Price Became the Main Problem of Foreign-invested Enterprises in China

It was reported by Italian newspaper  Sole 24 ORE that there were 1, 400 Italian enterprises entering China and working with local enterprises to set up joint venture companies. Although many enterprises began to hold cautious attitude towards investing in China, the amount of Chinese-Italian joint ventures in China on the whole was increasing. According to Italian enterprises in China, currently the main problem investing in China was not the credibility problem of the Chinese partners, but the issue of increasingly rise in labor prices.
