On June 26, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved the following foreign-invested enterprises or foreign-invested enterprises with increase of capital: Huayang Power Co., Ltd and Liaoning Huafu Petroleum Hi-tech Co., Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of the two companies were electricity supply and petroleum extraction equipment.
