On June 17, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved the following foreign-invested enterprises and foreign-invested with increase of capital: Chongqing Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd, ChenXing ChenShan (Shanghai) Venture Capital Investment Enterprise and NSK China Investment Co., Ltd. It was reported that the main businesses of the three companies were integrated automobiles, investment and assets management and other unlisted commercial services.
