On April 23, Pudong software stage company and Australia Enex Testlab signed agreement on a batch of service outsourcing cooperation projects at “the 2008 Service and Development—Shanghai (Pudong) International Service Outsourcing Forum”. Meanwhile, at the forum jointly sponsored by the foreign capital department of MOFCOM, Shanghai foreign economic trade committee and Pudong new district government, China service outsourcing research centre also announced the settlement in Jinqiao, Pudong.

It was known that Pudong will further widen regional cooperation and play a radiation role aiming at becoming Shanghai service outsourcing heart. According to the data, Pudong new district will develop service outsourcing with features covering high starting point, wide fields, more levels, increasingly enlarged industry scope and continuously uplifting service grades. MOFCOM established the national service outsourcing research centre in Pudong, which shows its great value and strong support and hoped to promote the development of domestic service outsourcing theory research with Pudong ad medium.
