What are the necessary documents submitting to the examination & approval authority for the establishment of a foreign-invested enterprise?

1.Application for setting up a foreign-invested enterprise

2.Feasiblity study report compiled by all the investors

3.Contract and articles of association of the foreign-invested enterprise, signed by authorized representatives of all investing parties (articles of association only for wholly foreign-owned enterprise)

4.Name list of chairman, vice chairman, and directors of the foreign-invested enterprise, assigned by all investing partings, and litters of appointment

5.Registration certificates, credit status certificates and valid certificates of their legal representatives of all investing parties

6.Notice of pre-approval of the enterprise’s name

7.A certificate confirming the rightful use of the location where the business is registered, or a leasing agreement, or an ownership certificate of the renting party

8.Comments on the Location for the Chosen Construction Project and License for Land-planning of the Construction Project issued by the city-planning department

9.Environmental-effect report and relevant certifying documents

10.Confirmantion for the use of water, power and gas, etc.

11.Enaluation and confirmation certificates on state-owned assets

12.List of equipment to be imported

13.Application documents for projects involving quota and license

14.Other documents required by the examination & approval authority
