1. The Examination and Approval for Foreign-Invested Enterprises to Expand Business Scope

Required documents:

1) Application for changing business scope and modifying relevant articles of contracts and articles of association (original copy);

2) Decisions of board of directors on changing business scope and modifying relevant articles of contracts and articles of association (original copy);

3) Contracts and amendments of articles of association signed by legal representatives of both parties (original copy);

4) Reports on the verification of fully funded registered capital issued by CPA firms;

5) Feasibility reports on changing business scope (original copy);

6) Certificates of approval and business licenses;

7) Contents of commodities that enterprises plan to import and export  (original copy);

8) Use right certificates of land that planed shops will occupy and(or) relevant property lease agreement; 

9) Explanative documents, which meet with requirements of the development of the city, issued by local governmental commercial departments in charge where planed shops located;

10) Other documents required by examining and approving organs (such as the latest financial audit reports).
