1) Applications submitted by Chinese investors and superior chief departments (original copy).

a) Basic information of Chinese investors and foreign inventors;

b) Total investment, registered capital, the proportion of investment of two parties, forms of investment and time limit of investment;

c) Scope of business, scale of production, and analysis of domestic and foreign markets;

d) Period of joint investment and cooperation;    

e) Contents and conditions of technology that planed to introduce;

f) The supply of main raw materials, parts and components;

g) The registered address and supporting conditions of infrastructures;

h) The number and origin of staffs;

i) Prediction of incomings and outgoings of foreign exchange;

j) Prediction of economic performance;

3) Attachments of proposals:

a) Letters of intent for joint investment and cooperation;

b) Business licenses and credit certificates of Chinese investors (original copy);

c) Certificates of registration or ID and credit certificates of foreign investors (original copy);

d) Application documents related to projects of quota and licenses (original copy).

e) Land scale, relief maps and realization of land for newly established projects.

2. The Establishment of Joint Ventures and Cooperative Enterprises

Required documents:

1) Applications of established companies that submitted by Chinese investors and superior chief departments (original copy).

2) Feasibility reports (original copy). Main contents are as follows:

a) Basic information of Chinese investors and foreign inventors;

b) Total investment, registered capital, the proportion of investment of two parties, forms of investment and time limit of investment;

c) Scope of business, scale of production, and analysis of domestic and foreign markets;

d) Period of joint investment and cooperation

e) Realization of capital and land;

f) Contents and forms of introduced technology, price and mode of payment, life expectancy, measures for assimilation and self-development;

g) A list of equipments, units that plan to purchase from, the condition of equipments and estimated price;

h) Supply channels for raw materials, fuels, parts and components as well as estimated quantity and cost.

i) Analysis and evaluation of markets and channels;

j) Arrangement for incomings and outgoings of foreign exchange

k) Analysis and evaluation of the address;

l) Analysis and evaluation of environmental protection;

m) Supply of water resource, power, gas, communication and transportation;

n) Analysis and evaluation of organization structure, constitution and origin of personnel as well as labor protection;

o) Estimation of total cost and unit cost, profit margin and payback period;

p) Overall appraisal.

3) Attachments of feasibility reports:

a) A notice of pre-approval of the enterpriser’s name;

b) Proposal on address, land scale and relief maps of the project provided by planning departments

c) Reports (forms) on environmental influence and related certificates of approval (original copy);

d) Licenses for occupying land or agreements on occupying lands

f) Certificates of the supply of water resource, power and gas;

g) Certificates of assets assessment (original copy);

h) Certificates of the capital of Chinese inventors (original copy);
