1. Examination and Approval for the Reinvestment of Part Foreign-Invested Enterprises in the Interior of China

For the reinvestment of foreign-invested enterprises in the interior of China, Only controlled projects can be examined and approved, and others should be directly registered in administrations of industry and commerce. Required documents are:

1) Applications for investment (original copy);

2) Decisions of board of directors on investment in the interior of China (original copy)

3) Reports on the verification of capital;

4) Certificates of approval and business licenses;

5) Audited balance sheets;

6) Certificates of payment, or reduction and exemption of income tax;

7) Articles of association of companies that planned to establish (original copy);

8) Other documents required by examining and approving organs.
