1. The Examination and Approval for Part Foreign Investors out of Shanghai to Set Branches

Only limited to:

1) Establish manufactures in Shanghai;

2) Industries of the third industry such as commerce, food & beverage, consultation (agency), hairdressing and entertainment;

3) State-controlled foreign-invested projects and other regulated projects should be examined and approved, otherwise directly registered in administrations of industry and commerce.

Required documents:

1) Applications (original copy);

2) Decisions of board of directors on setting braches in Shanghai (original copy);

3) Feasibility reports and examination opinions of departments of planning, environmental protection and fire control (when related to setting up manufacture branches)

4) Reports on the verification of capital;

5) Site lease contracts of branches and/or certificates of real estate property right;

6) Certificates of approval and business licenses;

7) Bedrolls of board of directors;

8) Other documents required by examining and approving organs.
