List of materials necessary for establishing foreign-invested enterprises

1)       Application for establishing an foreign-invested enterprise;

2)       Feasibility study report prepared by investment parties;

3)       Contract and articles of association of a foreign-invested enterprise executed by authorized representatives of investment parties;

4)       The name list of chairman, vice chairman and directors appointed by investment parties and documents of appointment;

5)       Registration certificates and credit certifications of investment parties and effective certificates of their legal representatives;

6)       Prior approval notice of an enterprise name;

7)       Certificates of permission to use registered land or lease agreements, and title deeds of leasors;

8)       Opinions on site selection of construction projects and Planning permit of land for construction use issued by city planning authorities

9)       Reports (tables) of impact on environment and its documents of approval;

10)   Certificates of available supply of water, electricity and gas;

11)   Certificates of state-owned assets appraisal and confirmation;

12)   List of imported equipment;

13)   Application concerning projects subject to quota and license management

Other documents required to be submitted by examination and approval authorities.
