What content shall be included in the feasibility study report of the Sino-foreign joint-venture enterprise?

The following, as main contents, shall be included in the feasibility study report of the Sino-foreign joint-venture enterprise:
(1) Basic situation on the both parties of Chinese and foreign investors;
(2) Aggregate investment, registered capital, and proportion, pattern, and time limit of investment;
(3) Scope of business, production scale, direction of development, and analysis on the domestic and oversea markets;
(4) The term of years for joint-venture or co-operation.
(5) The progress to make the fund and land needed available up-to-the moment;
(6) The content of the technologies to be introduced and the introduction mode to be adopted, the price and the mode of payment, the usable tenure of the technologies, and the measures for digesting, absorbing, and autonomously developing them.
(7) The detailed list of equipment, suppliers selected in the plan, quality and estimated prices of the equipment;
(8) The extent to make sources of supply of raw materials, fuel, and spare parts available, estimated demand scale and expenses on them;
(9) Analysis and appraisal on the product market and the channel of distribution;
(10) Make the foreign exchange receipt and disbursement plan realizable;
(11) Analysis and appraisal on the in-plan address selection;
(12) Analysis and appraisal on the measures to be used to protect the environment;
(13) The extent to make the infrastructure including water, electric power, gas, communication, and transportation matching and available;
(14) Analysis and appraisal on setting of the organizational structure, composition and sources of personnel, and labor protection;
(15) Total and unit cost estimation, profit margin, and capital pay-off time;
(16) Overall appraisement.
The following appendices shall be attached as part of the feasibility study report:
(i) The letter of notice for prior approval of the enterprise’s name;
(ii) The opinion book on the in-plan address selected issued by the planning department and the relief map of the land to be used by the project;
(iii) The Environmental Impact Statement (the form) and its approval document (the original);
(iv) The agreement on the use of the site and the real estate right certificates;
(v) The detailed list of imported equipment.
