What conditions shall be met for applying establishment of an investment company?

(1)As an investor of the investment company, he/she shall have good credit standing and respectability, economic strength necessary to establishing an investment company; and his/her general assets shall not be below USD400 million in the last year before the application, he/she, as foreign investor, has established his investment enterprise within the Chinese boundaries and the actually paid as the registered capital has exceeded USD10 million, and has the proposals approved for three or more projects intended to invest; or B. As an investor of the investment company, he/she shall have good credit standing and respectability, economic strength necessary to establishing an investment company; and has established ten or more foreign-invested enterprises engaged in production or infrastructure construction, and the actually paid as the registered capital has exceeded USD30 million;
(2) If the investment company is established in a joint-venture form, the investor of Chinese Party shall have good credit standing and respectability, economic strength necessary to establishing an investment company, and his /her general assets shall not be below RMB 100 million Yuan.
(3) The registered capital of the investment company shall not be bellow USD 30 million.
